Wasn't Victoria England generally a very peaceful time period, except to Jack the Ripper who killed a couple of whores. I don't get how the creation of the telephone could be put into a Assassin's Creed game. Anyway just my opinion, I think that they could either go into Imperial China or something involving the Mayans or Aztecs.
