I think I read somewhere the entire AC Team knew the concepts and ideas the entire time. So it should mostly be where it should be. But I also think (I am thinking alot :S) it said the guy who writes the script and story left with them, so the story will either be better or worse (I bet it will be worse). AC will never be the same :(
