I know its probably Altair, but Ezio killed 90% percent of the Templars in Italy and Turkey, ended dozens of conspiracies, and caused the regrowth of the entire Assassin order. Oh, and the last thing he did was secure the Assassin legacy with Shao Jun. So he might as well have saved Asia just by being a retired killer.
