What tenets did Ezio break? Keep in mind that the tenets have not been as closely adhered to or even mentioned since Altair's time.

Ezio died due to a heart condition that is fairly common in wine growers (or is believed to, anyway). We have no way of knowing how long he would have lived had he not gotten sick.
