No. I have Embers and saw this part in 720px glory. It's that thing which holds a bracer. Besides, there isn't anything blade like the one Ezio had for poison. Also, the bracer is on his clothes/sleeve so it there can't be a blade inside his sleeve. (Sorry for crude English)
