At best all that's probably happen to the templars is we'll see Desmond straight up murduring Doc Vidic & Daniel Cross. Abstergo's statalite most likely will be destoried or used to stop the solar flair thing. All in all at the end Templar's and Assassin's will still be going at it when all is said and done
