Venetian Templar is under the Venetians orders (Like the Barbarigos). And them uses blue colors, but they get orders from Rodrigo, wich main color is red. Ok, french templars from ACB uses blue too, but this maybe are from the Duke de Valois. But all main guards (Army and stuff) of the Templar leaders, are reds.
