England for AC would be boring. The architecture of the buildings is similar to that of Boston and other parts of Colonial America. The feeling would be too similar to AC3, the language, the bulidings and all of the all-round stuff. Not being racist or anything, I'm half-english.

The French Revolution would be sort of boring as well, in my opinion, I don't understand why people want it. Time-frame is too close to Connor's time, and most of the prominent people in the Revolution are known to be guillotined, so that wouldn't do much for the assassinations.

Maybe Ancient Greece, that would be relatively fresh, and since the historical records are less accurate (I guess), Ubisoft might have more breathing room regarding events and such.
