There are only two in the whole game, the other one is in "The Sixth Day" mission. When you get to the section with the gates that you have knock over with the chandilier and cross. Move to the stairs leading up to the gate on the right side (right side facing gate), then before you walk up them, there should be a hallway that you can continue walking towards for a few meters, then you'll be able to turn right. Head down that hallway, and you'll see another chest. There it is. Note: after finding it, don't just quit, finish the mission. I made that mistake and had to repeat it. Hope this helps, I'm not great at directions.
