Idea about Jacob Frye's place.  When Jacob Frye become assassin in London so he went looking for land, not city you know it's like AC2. Anyway, when he found one an abandon palace so he rebuild and recruit bunch of people to live with him for cleaning, farming, and Jacob's assassins. So maybe Jacob buy more land for houses and town for his people by Palace. Oh and you can ride horse, carriage, or harness racing on the road. I like to see Jacob has open secret fireplace with full ourfits, weapons, and lot stuff. has a lake, many room, and assassins guard at the gate lol.
