Beside the assassin's robes in the beginning of the game, much certain that Shay will have hooded outfits. In fact, i think the native outfit will resemble an assassin outfit.

As for his outfit, probably the most badass outfit after Altair's armor. Even the weapons combine with it. A sword and dagger for dual use, like the portuguese soldiers used back in that time, two pistols in the same side and a rifle in his back. I hated to see Ezio or Connor with a bunch of weapons in each side of the body like a russian sniper. The blowpipe of Edward was also silly in the middle of 4 pistols and 2 swords.
