I don't think so The.Outsider. As far as i understand, you're asking if you have a set of armors/equipment and an Ezio outfit, in online mode you'll show the armors and equipment.

Either those outfits work as skins, like in ACII the altair armor and raiden skin, or they will have their specific sets of stats. If they are skins, i don't think they show it in Co-op.
