Exactly Outsider, a quote from an interview. Unity will not have full sync, it was already said more than once that they will introduce the "open mission". Follow the templar without being detected. As for Rogue, this quote tell us that there is no full sync too. Kill the assassin without being detected? I'm a templar with a grenade launcher for christ's sake. What will they do, call the guards? That's something we should be able to do with Shay if a group of assassins attack us (like thiefs in Brotherhood) call the nearby British guards.
