So, this 6 assassins are our targets, i'll assume. First two targets represent alliance and manpower ( Johnson and Pitcaim), The 3rd target represents the twist (like in AC3, templars find out that Assassins are still around), the 5th one represents the symbol/leader ( Haytham, Achilles) and the last one is the guy with military influence that his death will forever end the enemy influence, a.k.a Charles Lee.
