Maybe they didn't want to overpower the assassins, but because of that they underpowered them. The air assassination should've killed Shay (because you know assassins are trained in the deadly art of killing and know vital points in the body).

When playing as assassins we kick ass now they run around and call for backup for one guy? The assassins need to be stronger.
