Looks like it, nicely spotted, Bov.

... I am getting excited now, for this game. For Black Flag it really was the other pirates that got me interested, but Arno has piqued my curiousity. Also, he looks much better without the hood imo (the hair seemed surprisingly undetailed compared to Pierre and Elise's hairdo's though).

Honestly the customization and co-op aspect leaves me completely cold - I just want to know about the story :P
