Looks like it. It doesn't appear as though there's gonna be other time periods either. So, this is really just so that we have an Eiffel Tower to climb for 1 mission and then after that all the characters will be like "...and now let's never speak of this again". 

It's just gonna be another Animus/Helix glitch excuse in order to add some "fanservice" I bet.
