Ohhhh, That's make sense! Did you see Liam is Shay's best friend is actually Arno's Father and in the end, I can see happening that Liam will escaped from Shay and travel to France to hide where Shay can't find him. In Assassin's Creed Unity Story, You see that Arno as child found his real father Liam lying on the floor was murder by Shay! So it's very possible to see happening...
