In all the trailers I've seen he hasn't used it. It makes sense though since he is an outsider to the Assassin lineages therefore not a decendent of TOWCB. He wouldn't have the proper genes to have eagle vision. Unless he has an unkown ancestor who is a direct decendent of TOWCB he shouldn't have eagle vision.

I do have hope that Connor will have some extra sensory ability.
