Jacob Frye (1847 – unknown) was a British Assassin active in London during the Victorian Era, and the twin brother of Evie Frye.

Alongside her, Jacob led the Rooks, a criminal syndicate opposing the Templars. Unlike his level-headed and stealthy sister, Jacob was reckless and rebellious.

Trivia

• Jacob's name is of biblical origin, with the meaning being either He who grasps the heel or Supplanter. Frye is a derivative of the English word Free.
• He is voiced by Paul Roger Amos.
• Jacob keeps a shilling around his neck as a memento.
