Dante Moro is a Templar and personal bodyguard of Marco Barbarigo. He was previously the captain of the city guard and a good friend of Marco's.

But Marco was jealous of Dante's wife Carlotta, and hired a hitman to stab Dante in the head. Dante survived with severe brain damage and the mind of a child.
