Altaïr: Redemption (regaining his lost rank); Ezio: Revenge; Connor: Revenge + defending his fellow natives; Edward: Enlightenment (to the Assassin cause); Aveline: Liberating slaves + finding answers regarding her mother's disappearance; Adéwalé: Liberating slaves (by supporting the Maroons); Shay: Protecting and helping the common people (by preventing the Assassins from reaching First Civilization sites); Arno: Revenge/Redemption/Elise?
