at this period of time communication is much easier so there should be more comunication between the brotherhoods, especially with the British Empire at its height there should be plenty fo opportunities to delve into this. 

Also i think that the Assassins headquaters should be located under the Palace of Westminister, it was burnt down during the Victorian era which would mean that the Sanctury could have been damaged and the Assassin needs to rebuild.
