That's the one. At least these questions have a little bit more thought put into them. Key word being little, of course. The "Templar Den" idea is an interesting one. I mean, every game thus far had given us a hideout/hq/settlement, so it would make sense to have one in Rogue. 

This video does, of course, raise an interesting question: is it possible for Templars to train each other in the art of Eagle Vision? If Haytham and Shay knew how, it stands to reason that they could teach others, right?
