If posts on forum are correct, then it should say that your account is blocked. What exactly does it say? Just that your details are wrong? Did you do anything wierd/stupid? :D I had this problem on Twitch (not that it's related to Ubisoft, but ill mention it anyway) and I couldn't sign in. Wrong details everytime and I changed password and it still didn't work. Then I went on my channel (via link) and it said that this user was  blocked due to terms of service violation (and I don't remember doing anything bad/stupid). Maybe it's just a glitch in their system and it will pass. Did Ubi support reply yet?
