Valve. Just look at Dota 2. Free to play and have some cosmetics to people buy (And we can gain this items, sometimes, in game). Valve is the best example of non ubisoft/ non capcom companies.

And people are thinking this in a wrong way. I don't mind that is a woman and stuff. What piss me off is they make only for Vita. Like Copernicus. So what? Sony has a better "animus" and then can see memories that the other people can't? Sony has exclusive games and the others are like "Oh, I'll watch on youtube and ok"? This things that piss me off, not the fact of the people ask for a woman and they put. If they listen to people in first place, we would have a French Revolution or Feudal Japan game.
