Assassin's Creed: Initiation is a short film produced by TheDuoGroup. It describes the initiation of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad into the Assassins.

My reasoning for this page

According to the Assassin's Creed Wiki Policies, all material must come from or be endorsed by a Ubisoft employee or spokesperson. Initiation was endorsed on the Ubisoft ACII blog. While TheDuoGroup does hold the video as unofficial, it received the endorsement above.

Furthermore, Penny Arcade released a Webcomic at pennyarcade.com and were endorsed by Ubi on the Ubisoft AC1 page. Penny Arcade's webcomic has been held as canon for a long time on the Wiki, and I support this. By no means should this post insinuate it does not deserve this status.

However, with its endorsement, Initiation shows itself to be of comparable worth to Penny Arcade's work and to Ascendance, which is similar to it in style and content. For this, I believe Initation deserves entry into the canon considered by the Wiki.
