As much as I'd love to have all the present day stuff cataloged in the same way we deal with memories, the closest thing to a name the rest of the bits have are "Present Sequence XX" in the game guides. The AC3 ones were named in-game via the replay function, so we could create articles for them without worrying about what to call them.
