Assassinate Gaspar Martinez was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Ezio sought out Gaspar Martinez.

Ezio: I hope we can speak without interruption, Gaspar. Who gave you the names of the imprisoned Assassins?
