The Assassin Tomahawk was a tomahawk most notably used by the Kanien'kehá:ka Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton, otherwise known as Connor, during the 18th century.
It originally belonged to John de la Tour, the first Assassin in the New World, before being given to Connor after he became an Assassin, many years later. The Louisianan Assassin Aveline de Grandpré later obtained an Assassin Tomahawk, after having met Connor in 1777 to eliminate George Davidson, a member of Lord Dunmore's Ethiopian Regiment and a Templar.

Trivia
- The Native American warriors in "The Braddock Expedition" and "Broken Trust" memories were seen wielding Assassin Tomahawks.
- If Connor equipped another weapon that replaced the Assassin Tomahawk, it would still appear in major cutscenes.
- Furthermore, if Connor equipped another weapon that replaced the Assassin Tomahawk, it would not appear in the armory in the Davenport Manor's basement. Instead, he would need to retrieve it at a general store for no cost.
