COMBAT: These men are very hard to take down unless you know how to. Here are some ways I found:
1.Attack the brute repeatedly 2-3 times then kill a regular.  Return to the brute, then kill another regular etc. until he can be disarmed.  The you can finish him off.
2.Use a special weapon such as rope darts.
3.Attack him repeatedly to tire him out.  Then when he attacks you block his attack and throw him onto the floor where he can be killed.
 
Trying to shoot these brutes will result in the loss of 2 bullets because they are so tough.  Also be wary of their ranged attacks because the brute will swing his axe around his head twice.  This can be easily avoided by rolling out of the way. (pressing A button on Xbox and X button on PlayStation)
