Hey everyone, on the request of Vatsa, I've decided to try my hand and see if I'm ready for a formal Staff position.
I have been a frequent editor to the Wiki for around one and a half years, and I feel I have grown to be a useful and respectful editor, though I aim to improve on myself and my editing skills further. So, without further ado, I'll leave the voting to the judges and stop trying to sweet-talk myself. :)

Aaand to seal this thing up: I second what Sima said, and I add one thing: I fully expect you to work on every "shortcoming", "flaw", or "attitude", whatever it's called, that they mentioned -- just because you're staff doesn't mean you know everything, but just like Elch, it means everything you can now learn can be learned on the field. Life is a constant struggle, and we always can learn more and improve ourselves, so keep growing and improving on your wiki carrer like you did as an apprentice and never settle for less, kid. And remember that if you don't I'll have your ass on my wall with a nice plaque below it XD The council has voted, the staff has also made their oppinion clear -- welcome to the Istruttorium. -- [http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/User:D._Cello D. Teller is worthy of a place in staff. He is sociable and polite. Though sometimes in the past he has not used a very formal manner of writing or has not made a very good job of something, he has improved tremendously and is a great editor now. He has done plenty of revamps, helped out other users and done several favours for them. A while back I myself was sceptical if he should be in staff, but now I'm certain. He's a capable editor, a good community man and he is a pleasure to work with.

#I have to agree with what Blaidd had said before. I am not going to write such an extensive paragraph as he did (I'm rebellious like that), but my opinion quite comes down to the same thing. Up until a couple of months ago, I would not have agreed on you entering the Istruttorium, but you grew from... I feel like saying "from a caterpillar into a butterfly" but I don't think that sounds quite right. Anyways, you've quite mastered our manual of style, except some secondary details, but that is easily oversee able and those can be easily learned while being staff. You aren't particularly friendly against the entire community at times, though neither am I, so I don't see that as much of a problem. Though I did find it quite funny how you had been overly friendly to the community these last few days, when the Istruttorium vote was drawing near. But I suppose that is just human behaviour, and not really worth paying much attention to. Despite these minor flaws, I am sure you will be very useful to the Istruttorium, and I'd like to see you become a member of it. Oh, seems like my paragraph is nearly as long as Blaidd's now... -- [[User:Master Sima Yi|Master Sima Yi]] 10:16, November 6, 2011 (UTC)

And after a lenghty vote (lenghty because of the ammount of paragraphs written, of course), yay it is ^^ Congrats, and welcome to the brotherhood, Twelve. -- [http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/User:D._Cello D. Cello] 13:33, November 9, 2011 (UTC)

It is time, it is… THE FINAL COUNTDOWN! Well as you are all aware, I can write an essay on things like this very easily… and I intend too. 12 was the first Apprentice to join the Initiative, and to this day still has the highest quality interview, giving detailed answers for every question. It lasted 4 – 5 hours in-between the massive responses and us disconnecting frequently, but it was eventually finished. Passing that interview with such ease set the standard for his future as an Apprentice, clearly making a good start to the Apprentice Program, he only continued to flourish. He quickly got involved with revamping large articles, no messing around with small tasks. This came as a surprise to me, I had not expected such good work so suddenly. As time progressed, they got bigger and bigger faster than I anticipated, and with each passing task, the quality increased, I soon realised that there was going to be little for me to correct with each assignment. He is a very fast learner, faster than me, and his work here seemed to come instinctively to him, knowing exactly what to do with few too no questions or guidance from me. By around Rank 6, my work was practically done and all that remained for me was to review his assignments, and update the Progress Log and Pigeon Coop accordingly. His revamps are of the highest calibre, and his writing skills are marvellous and among the best we have here. Remaining dedicated to the Wiki always, whether he was working on a project of his own, or an assignment, his activity was exceptional, and helped to promote several articles to GA and FA status. As some of you may be aware, he has also earned the position as ''Chief Editor'' of the '''WikiProject Memories: Absolute Symbiosis''', a monumental feat at the mere Rank of 7, after doing small revamps on every single page listed in the Project. His understanding of the Policies and MoS is also decent, he knows the rules well, and follows them. His knowledge of the Assassin’s Creed universe is also fair, as he has played all of the main instalments, read the ACB novel, played part of Bloodlines and Project Legacy, and watched Lineage and Ascendance. To summarise this point, his editing skills are brilliant, and well above what is expected of a Staff member. On to his community skills and socialness. No joke, no lie, no doubt; he is one of the nicest people here. He never starts arguments or insults other people, and is always polite to everyone; rank has no relevance. As you are all aware, 100% friendly users are not something we have an abundance of here, there’s no denying that. Now although most people who do tend to be a bit on the “harsh” or “mean” side usually only give it to people who deserve it, no one can argue that a user who can keep calm and kind at all times would not be a great asset to this Wiki. Whether on the IRC or Wiki, if a user requests his assistance, it is given. To conclude, he’s been a member here since late 2010, and has accumulated over 1 900 contributions. He’s completed the Apprenticeship, and waited very patiently for this day. It’s been a pleasure to mentor and work with him, and the small fact that he was capable of tolerating my ego, argumentative, and sometimes cruel and cold nature is a clear indicator that he is ready. It is time he got rewarded for his efforts.<br />

Subject 12 - Graduated into the Istruttorium

And after a lenghty vote (lenghty because of the ammount of paragraphs written, of course), yay it is ^^ Congrats, and welcome to the brotherhood, Twelve. -- D. Cello13:33, November 9, 2011 (UTC)

Amnestyyy - Graduated into the Istruttorium

Although I think Blaidd overestimates the importance others give to his long votes (quoting Vatsa, "I'm just happy there aren't any long speeches here.."), his vote and others are an yay. So welcome to the brotherhood, sister. -- D. Cello 15:28, December 30, 2011 (UTC)

Nostalgia AC - Graduated into the Istruttorium

I was going to close this on the 16th, but I waited for War or Phil to vote first. But its Carnevale, and I just spent 4 days on my gf's house XD sorry for the delay. And for fuck's sake, people, use four "=" on the "Yay", "Nay" and "Comments" section, makes it easier to edit the whole vote.
Welcome Nos! -- D. Cello 03:25, February 21, 2012 (UTC)

DarkFeather - Graduated into the Istruttorium

Long votes (thanks to Blaidd), all supporting DarkFeather. Welcome to the Order, Dark.. -- VATSA (TALK • GENTEK) 04:17, May 12, 2012 (UTC)
