This page is dedicated to nominating potential new Istruttores. Current members of the Istruttorium monitor this page, while the Direttore and Camerlengo manages the voting and nominating process.

The Istruttori are the Assassin's Creed Wiki's most trusted users and as such, the user to be nominated must meet the following prerequisites.

The user, before nomination, must...

• ...know the basic and general facts regarding the Assassin's Creed Universe.
• ...have accumulated at least a hundred edits and contributions.
• ...be able to write using perfect English grammar and vocabulary.
• …be unbiased, unprejudiced, and fair on all aspects of wiki-related subjects.
• …abide by the AC Wiki's policies.
• …have learned the basics in editing.
• …be able to cooperate with other users and Istruttores.
• …have patience and persistence on expansions and improvements regarding the wiki.
• …have established a respectful stature and attitude among other users and Istruttores.
• …refrain from adding speculation on articles.
• ...be frequently present at the wiki.

Failure to meet at least 5 (five) of the aforementioned prerequisites will result in the cancellation of the voting process.

How to nominate:

1. A user who has met the prerequisites listed above can be nominated by either himself/herself, or by another user.
   1. If a user is nominated by another user without official consent, it is either the nominator, the Direttore or the Camerlengo's job to notify said user.
   2. However, if the user declines the nomination, voting will be immediately closed.
2. The user's name must be listed at the voting section below the guidelines, followed by a short summary of the user's contributions, and also two sections for both positive and negative votes.
3. Once the user has accumulated enough positive or negative votes from other users within 1 (one) week's time, the Direttore, Carmelengo (or in their absence, Admins) will immediately close the votes.
4. If a user fails to gain the favor of other users, he/she can be nominated once more after the closing of the votes. The user/nominator of said user is discouraged to nominate again without valid reason. If the user/nominator fails to cooperate with the said terms, the voting process will be immediately closed by the Diretorre or Camerlengo.
5. The user nominated can only be granted rollback rights by the Wiki Bureaucrat.

(IMPORTANT NOTE: A user can only be nominated ONCE per month. This is to avoid future conflicts regarding users.)

How to vote:

1. Users (both respected regulars and Istruttori) are allowed to vote in favor or disfavor of the user. Criteria regarding the user should follow subsequently with the vote, be it positive or negative.
   1. The user nominated and the subsequent nominator of said user are NOT ALLOWED to vote.
2. Please note that in order for your vote to count, you must have accumulated at least 50 contributions and edits.
3. Criteria regarding the user must be complete and truthful. Unreasoned votes WILL BE INVALIDATED and stroke through.
   1. The Nominator, Istruttori, and the Direttore are the only ones permitted to strike through invalid votes.
4. After 1 (one) week's time, the voting process will be closed by either the Direttore, Camerlengo the Admins or the Wiki Bureaucrat. The user's fate depends on the accumulated votes.
   1. If the user has accumulated enough positive votes: The user will then be subsequently added onto the official Istruttori list, and will also be featured in the Wiki's Staff Panel.
   2. If the user has accumulated enough negative votes: The user will simply resume his/her activities around the wiki.

I would like to request application for the Istruttorium as I have reached nearly 600 edits that include expanding, reformatting and rephrasing multiple articles to be both grammatically correct and easy to read. Sure he has a lot of edits, but if you'd look at his contribs, are they much different from a normal user? Most of them are "clean ups", removing and adding categories, adding a sentence to the timeline or just adding one image. Now I know we've got two empty spots, but c'mon War, his contribs are mostly "Added space", "moved image" or "added full stop". Plus, if you look at his full contrib list, You'd see that there is OVER A MILLION blog comments/articles, userpage edits and usertalk discussions, and then after those it goes back to "moved image", etc... For us Istruttori to get noticed we wrote up whole WikiProject pages (and they're freakin' long), helped Cello with creation of Policies, created brand new articles that were important and properly formatted, fixed the IRC and many, more. You have to stray away from an average editor to become an Istruttori, and sadly, I don't think Campbell is much different yet. I know most of the current Istruttori (including myself) probably comment around on these talk pages aswell, but most of our contributions are excellent and much needed. I really wouldn't think "Adding some crap to the timeline, or added some good images after being a medal abuser" would qualify as being an Istruttori. You'd have to do better than that. Almost every Istruttori gets nominated for something special, Jasca Ducato had a huge history of rewriting articles to the best standards, and watching over every single move made to them. I had written the Policies and created many more official pages, templates, etc.. War_Clown helped alot with the WikiProjects and created many pages towards it and created templates/more. I guess the only reason I voted nay was because you're just like any other normal user, you haven't done anything really that special. "Added a few images and made a few edits to timeline pages after being a medal abuser" doesn't really seem like Istruttori material, and you don't even know how to spell Istruttori.. so, mhm. I think I have proven myself to be worthy to join the Istruttori because I have Started to Create the Memories pages, created quite a lot of locations pages, added loads of images to pages, helped other users and I feel that I have matured greatly since I joined this wiki. Good morning, everyone. Since the beginning of this New Year I've been reconsidering my previous "no thanks", and yes I have finally come to my conclusion. My only worry when I had said no was that I couldn't be on often enough, but lately, while editing and talking with Master Sima, GuardDog and some of you others, I've come to realize that I believe to have proven that although I'm not on as often as I would like (and therefor don't get the time to make huge contributions often), my smaller edits do tend to add up and help the wiki regardless. Furthermore, although I do not make large contributions often, nearly every one of my contributions -regardless of size- have been of great quality and I believe that has to count for something because I've always believed in quality over quantity as it is. So here I request to join your ranks, to uphold the greatness of this wiki and be a respectable, good-natured editor as I have from my first day here (hopefully much more-so in the coming days/weeks/months). Yay I don't think I really need to explain, but I'll do it anyways. He may not have done really big edits, but he did many small edits of great quality. He also quickly undid vandalistic edits and is a good community person, in my opinion. I don't have to explain this decision, you all know he's worthy. But I will anyway, so far he has shown his friendliness to other users and the community, with his kindness and starts many interesting discussions among certain aspects of the AC Universe, his edits are great and are of good quality. Rome is super-active, editing articles many times a day and always watching over the place, he's always there to lend a helping hand with new articles. Hey guys, after much thinking and consideration I’ve finally decided to nominate myself. I have been in this wiki for about eight months and have done over 1,000 edits. Through time I’ve learned the ropes of the wiki and really started to become connected with the community. I’m sure that it has been noticed that I am very patient and kind to the users of this wiki and put the progression and success of our work before personal pride. Though I still have a few things to learn I will be more motivated to learn them and to be more active. I'm an image man and like dealing with the community, others are great at different things, be it grammar, article revamps etc. It is this variety of personalities and abilities that help us function as a successful team. Dan is a patient, considerate, selfless user, who always puts the wiki before his own pride or recognition. I thought I'd let DanMan speak for himself though) --THIEF 21:00, February 8, 2011 (UTC) Thanks for giving me a shot Thief :), well I created more then 20 articles for the Memory project and added a bunch of info about brotherhood before the game came out, such as creating the Borgia Tower page and adding small important facts like how in brotherhood the chests contains valuable objects now. I also reported numerous vandals before this wiki expanded community wise, Cello even said at one point that I would be the leader of a group of editors that would be like vandal hunters, though it never became implemented. Like stated above I've been on this wiki for eight months which is a fair amount of time IMO, though i know it's not how long you worked here its how hard you work here. Also if i'm ever having a small conflict with anouther user i swollow my pride and tell the other user my apoligizes, admittly I still have some things to learn but I feel through time I will learn them quickly. As well as this, I'm very social, being a regular on the IRC, and can be found there quite often. It's even being noted by a few other members that I'm very formal, and quite kind and polite when speaking to other people. 1. It's been a while coming, but myself and some of the other Istruttori as well as two other admins have discussed this in full and we agreed to it. 2. As one who also commonly rewords articles, I unfortunately feel that Blaidd's work in that aspect is lacking. I took a careful look at the edits made to the articles in his revamped list, and found a few changes that were unnecessary, and occasionally even incorrect. However, there was nevertheless an improvement to the article quality, though I just hope he continues to improve. As for the social aspect, on the other hand, he is without a doubt a commendable addition to the community. 3. With out a shadow of a doubt it's a Yay from me. 'R was one of the first users I spoke with on the wiki, helped me out quite a lot too. I feel the majority of his edits are considered and valuable, he is a fantastic writer and a nice guy to talk with, very approachable for wiki members old and new. 6. I agree with the rest. Unlike the others; I'd like to expand on the socialness of this user. The socialness of Blaid is great, he is community-striven and is always on the IRC whenever our users are bored or in need of help. For that achievement, he recently (a few weeks ago) earned himself the title of IRC Moderator for his activeness and friendly-ness towards other users during IRC sessions.
