Downloadable content (also known as DLC) refers to content released separately from Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The following is a list of all additional content available for the game.

The following are avaliable from various pre-order editions:
- Vlad the Impaler's Prison
- Ottoman Doctor
- Ottoman Jester
- Crusader
- Turkish Assasin Armor
- Armor of Brutus
- Altaïr Skin
- Weapon capacity upgrades for the crossbow (+5), pistol (+2), and bombs (+3).
Uplay content
- Assassin's Creed: Revelations Wallpaper (10U)
- Unlock three weapons from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (the Schiavona, the Milanese Sword and the Captain's Sword) and a medicine capacity upgrade. (20U)
- Exclusive Mediterranean Defense meta-game missions. (30U)
- Unlock Knight multiplayer character. (40U)
