Assassin's Creed 2 Truth Video

I would like to get your opinion on a subject in the 'Assassin's Creed 2 Truth Video'.

The First Civilization Overseer who is using an 'Apple of Eden' to force humans to perform some 'Smithery' or 'Forgery' of some kind has some similarities to the Roman God 'Vulcan'.

He was after all the son of 'Jupiter' & 'Juno' & held the title of Roman God of Fire, Smithery, Forgery & Craftsmanship. Also the figure in the video has a 'red cape', which Vulcan was depicted wearing in a painting by a Renaissance painter, Andrea Mantegna. Just another thought but with his skills rooted in craftsmanship he could have overseen construction of the 'Pieces of Eden' and perhaps 'Eden' itself.

Hey there Sima, I made an edit to the article to improve it's quality, but when I looked at it recently, it doesn't seem to have been added.

Herman Geiger

Hey,

since I'm reading most of the articles you created related to the french Aquilus comics, I just came across the Herman Geiger-article. Even though I assume that "..realizing that "Geiger" was German for 'Vulture'." is in fact directly taken from the comic books, I felt like telling you, that 'Geiger' is in fact the German term for 'violinist', whereas 'Geier' would mean 'vulture'. La Volpe?

Quick question

I'm slightly confused about grammatical tenses referring to countries. Since cities in the games are referred to in a past tense, shouldn't this apply to nations as well?, considering they are, in the context of this Wikia, also set in the same universe.

I just bought Assasin's Creed II on the PC and I wondered, is the Battle of Flori a seperate downloadable contect or is it like Sequence 12 where you can play after you completed Sequence 11. Lodovico Ariosto

Hey Sima, I was just wondering, I know it references to him as Lodovico in the Revelations novel, but the figure in history is called Ludovico, so I was wondering which one is the right name. Would it be better to rename him Ludovico and then add a trivia piece along the lines of "In the Revelations novel, he is referred to as Lodovico Ariosto." and have Lodovico Ariosto re-direct to the article. The character in the series is called Lodovico. Actual history does not take precedence over the series' canon. And anyways, if you type in Lodovico Ariosto in Wikipedia you get redirected to Ludovico Ariosto. Database Entries

I have gathered ALL articles in ACR, which include: Constantinople, Masyaf, Cappadocia (Locations), Greek Fire (People) and have Clay Kaczmarek in my database in Contacts section. I do not like FRAPS, so I cannot make a screenshot. Could it be that you have not cleared ALL database entries? The "MISSING ENTRY" appears to be Constantinople itself. The point is - I do not remember =( Probably they were: a mission of Greek fire, since I gained this entry, I the first Cappadocia mission, then Irevisited Cappadocia in freeplay; the first mission in Constantinople, the first playable mission in Masyaf... Im having trouble finding good places to make good edits. most of the time its in the trivia section, but usually everything is done. also, i want to do the apprentice program, but i am unable to access the IRC. Hmm, well... There are always things to add to articles, things to change, things to expand. You just have to look very hard. Take a look at the stubs and articles to be revamped. ;) Also, you can join the IRC by clicking this link, then enter your desired username and click on "Connect". That being said, the history lists your last activity there as December 23rd of 2011. Now, what I guess I'm asking is, do you plan on working on the page, or can other users contribute? IRC problems

Yeah i've tried that link, but i think its the web provider. i also can't access facebook etc. and i can't get around the bluecoat filter. i have really young family members so my ISP put a bluecoat on. any other ideas?

I would also like to know if i could personally mentor Frost Effect2. I know him well offline, so I figured i could make a good mentor for him online. I think it would be a nice step up the responsibility chain, which is exactly what i wish to do on this wiki. Plus, he doesnt really know what to do on a wiki, and I've been mentored by some of the best (you, Nostalgia AC, Teller to name a few). if I could please personally mentor him, i would be extremely grateful

If you can't access the IRC, it must be the filter. I don't have any experience with that, so I don't really know what to do about that... About the mentor thing, assuming you are referring to the apprenticeship, that's only for staff members. EVE?

I was wondering what you might of thought of this idea at the end of ACR it showed the destruction of the first civilization and a women holding a child. After pondering for a few hours I came to the conclusion that she could be the so called Eve or the baby could be I have no idea this being canon and is just an educated guess really but I think that Ubisoft woulden't have put so much signifigants on to that one person it it was useless seeing as she was seen the most in the cutscene anyway I just wanted to know what you thought.Richardtollerton 11:06, February 7, 2012 (UTC)

She doesn't look like Eve. Also, Eve lived in the period where humans were still used as slaves by the First Civilization, whereas this woman lives in a period where humans and the FC have independent nations. Eve was surely already dead by this point. At this point the most plausible reason would be that it focused on this woman holding a child to raise emotional value to the scene. -- Master Sima Yi 14:48, February 7, 2012 (UTC)

Eve was shown escaping in the glyphs on assassins creed II, and looked a little different, and also slightly older. i understand your guess, but the person could be descending of Eve as she looks similar, but i think it was more for emotionality

Aquilus img comic text

I noticed that you uploaded an image of Aquilus performing a Leap of Faith but with text. Most images from comics are without text. I have the exact same image but without text. Would you like me to replace it?Assassino96 20:00, February 9, 2012 (UTC)
