Sima asked me to edit the infoboxes where the period was stated as "Italian Renaissance" or "Italian renaissance (15th Century) and make it just "Renaissance". So that's what I've been doing. Don't worry, no badge-hunting from me. Mess
Care to explain why you messed up my talk page? --VatsaGentek 15:07, August 16, 2011 (UTC)
I went to write a comment, but while I was you started and finished one, changing the page code, therefore creating a weird archeive failure, so when i pressed published, it freaked out. I did undo it as soon as it happened, so its not like i just did it to piss you off. sorry
Userboxes
Hi Dop3man 80, sorry for the delay in responding but my computer has been acting up the last few days. To answer your question you can find the details on userboxes here: (userboxes). I hope that helps. Kaloneous 23:42, August 16, 2011 (UTC)
New Article
The new one you have been creating is really not required. Ubisoft might have a different idea than what you have written, so just wait it out. --VatsaGentek 14:44, August 17, 2011 (UTC)
- Is the information you intend to add released by Ubisoft? If not then you cannot create an article about it. Might as well make a blog or a forum post.--VatsaGentek 14:54, August 17, 2011 (UTC)
- Not a Ubisoft release, but an article talking about a comment made by a writer on the staff. - Dop3man 80 15:20, August 17, 2011 (UTC)
Warning
Sorry kid, this is nothing personal, but you need to actually start paying attention to what pages say. I've just reverted two edits of yours on an Assassin's Creed Wiki Staff page involving nominations. As per our rules, any excuse you may have concerning your intentional activity on a Staff-Member-Only page is relatively invalid. Again I'm sorry, but this official warning has to be given. All pages that say "Istruttorium", "Staff", "Apprentices".etc with big headers at the top and the two logo's on either side of the header are all Staff Member Access Only pages. I hope you understand why you're being given this warning and again, it's not personal in any way. These are rules and rules must be abided. -- Rayne Message 03:34, August 21, 2011 (UTC)
- As I said, I am sorry but no, only Staff members (there's a link above if you wish to see who are) and Staff-Apprentices are allowed to vote on articles. Plus, the nominations is on a Staff page as I had mentioned before. As long as you refrain from editing on Staff pages (and abiding the normal Wiki rules), all will be fine, I'm sure. =) Have a nice evening (or day, morning.etc XD) -- Rayne Message 03:48, August 21, 2011 (UTC)
- Oh no, I understand that it may be confusing, you aren't the first person to be in your situation and probably not the last. The Staff page's aren't always clear that only Staff Members and Staff-Apprentices are allowed on them. Although it should be common-sense that only Staff are allowed on them, seeing as they're Staff pages. Unfortunately though, common-sense seems to be lacking a lot in terms of being used by the newer editors and anonymous users of the wiki the past few months. No offense to you, of course, just making an observation. As it is, simply refrain from being on Staff pages in the future and you'll be fine. -- Rayne Message 04:03, August 21, 2011 (UTC)
