James Douwn (2014 – unknown) was a young child during World War III, and the Leader of the NEW Assassins Brotherhood, a title which he held from 2025 and on.
A child of Kansas, James remained unaware of his Assassin heritage until the age of 11, when he heard of the murder of his father on the news which was the start of WWIII.
