Extent of the truth video

Two speculations:

1. Subject 16 is related to Adam and Eve, meaning that Desmond could view it as well, since they come from the same lineage "Altair.

2. Altair witnessed the video when he peered into the piece of eden at the end of codex entries. This means that Desmond could still view it.

I greatly doubt that Altair did see the Truth video, he mentions in the codex seeing a vision of mountains splitting and so forth, huge towers crumbling etc This is either him seeing how 'they' died or what the future holds ahead for Desmond and such. You do not see anything that Altair mentions bar the buildings, but those could be 'our' buldings in the future. He could have seen either the end of the world as we know it, or as 'they' knew it. He did not see the escape of Adam and Eve so I think we should remove the 'fact' that he did. - Maria Thorpe Feb 25 2010 06.22 (UTC)

The impression I got from the codex was that Altair had seen nuclear weaponry or something of the sort, explaining why he feared the templar every getting their hands on it. Seemed pretty obvious to me.
Also, he probably never saw The Truth

Another important point, I was watching the Truth video today, I have downloaded it in HD so was watching it carefully. I'm pretty certain that the markings on the bodies of Adam and Eve etc are suits, and not their actual skin. When you see Eve turning to say she has the Apple, you can see quite clearly a line across her neck where the 'shiny' glazed look of their body, and the markings, stops. It would also explain why their private areas are also covered. I'm sure I can take screen shots for this if anyone wants them - Maria Thorpe Feb 25 2010 18.02 (UTC)

What's the point of this video?

Wow, your questions requires a giant answer, but summarizing things: Every thing, from legends to religions, are fantasized/romantized versions of what really happened. The Garden of Eden is the place where the humans stayed (and Adam and Eve the frist humans to escape it), the Olympian gods (and after that the christian God) are the "superior" race of Those Who Came Before.
Now the point for the video is to explain the history behind it, expand the background and describes the origin of the pieces of Eden. Pretty much it. -- D. Cello 23:12, April 27, 2010 (UTC)

Well, it is clearly that they were weaing suits .... And the memory was recorded by a third person who ran with them and who said "Eve" at the ending ... It could't be Adam because he didn't open his mouth

This video is showing how Adam, Even and the third person tried to escape the Eden , but the third person died or something like that because te memory ends sudenly after Eveis shouting " look out ! " ... Then pobably A&E ran again and eventualy escaped from the thing/person who killed the third person ...

I think the one who followed them was one of " Those who came beore" and was tring to catch them and recover the Apple .... The third person may be the "snake" or " Satan " , but he was not evil ... I think he wanted to escape and wanted knowlege ( E&A ,too ) but " those who came before" didn't want humans to know much, just to control them to be their slaves ....

The "action" is clearly taking place in Africa, in front of mount Kilimanjaro , where is ( it is believed ) the origins of humans .

This video is clearly misterious and wakes many questions with multiple possible answers .. but only one can be true ( and it is not known if anywone found it ) ... Hopefully in ACIII it will be explaied more ... I don't think that in AC BrotherHooD will appear some explcations ... D:

Subject 16's The truth!

Adam and Eve and a possible 3rd person broke free of control by the pieces of Eden possesed by the gods or the 'ancient' civilization, and stole an apple which in the bible, would be the forbidden fruit, so the video shows Adam, Eve, And this third figure who is thought to be Desmond Miles
running thourgh a futuristicy garden most likely to be the garden of eden being chased by a god or early templar, now my theory of a third person is supported in the next part of the video when they are running and Eve looks back at the 3rd person then keeps running, then they come to a circlular automatic door


where it opens and they free-run  up a bunch of ledges then adam breaks a glass wall and the three climb up a glass wall, while climbing, the 3rd person looks thourgh a window to see some female figure with a piee of eden and controlling several humans to build stuff, then continues climbing when they reach the top of the structure


 the view goes to the sky for a couple seconds to show a large city-like structure,then it goes back to 3rd person view then a male voice,that sounds much like desmond or Altair, desmonds ancestor yells


"EVE!" Then she looks behind the 3rd person and says "LOOK OUT" then the memory ends.


At the end of assassin's creed 2, ezio talks to a woman named minerva, but she is not talking to ezio but through him. She is talking to Desmon. How does she knows that desmond is listening, when this hologram was supposedly recorded a very long time ago?


We can say that in that chamber where three persons, Ezio, Minerva and Desmond watching from the animus. The same goes here, the third person is not physically there but there all the same. Eve know that there is someone watching just as minerva knew that


desmond was watching, that is why eve looks straight in the eye of the third person, and the position of the camera does not look to me like just some camera angles, these where the point of view of the third. That explains why we can't see the supposedly third person in the sky angle then the binary code is supposedly supposed to say 'EDEN'.

First off, there are people wich think the game's story is real and we did came from those aliens and in 2012 these things will happen- i say a huge GTFO to them. Second, i don't think Adam and Eve were the first humans, they were the firsts to run away the aliens or whatever... and i absolutely decline the theory of either Adam or Eve being one of those aliens and other being a human fell in love, but did he think about that they were both wearing the same clothing wich i think should be something making clear that they were both humans. Third, there is somebody wrote "maybe Altair turned into a Templar", wich is so wrong i won't write down his reasons. Fourth, the Kilimanjaro mountain is absolutely there and neatly it is africa, where humans are so-called to be created firstly, but for God's sake, im asking this cause i don't know, WHERE-IS-EDEN??? seriously, we see Eden on the end of the truth video, we see A&E is escaping from Eden (so Eden is in Africa; thats a start!)and so-so... but if you know write it, where/who/what is eden? oh, i also wanna laugh in the face of those persos who tought the 2nd game can be in Japan or Africa- WE PLAYED IN ITALY FOR GOD'S SAKE! :D

It is so unnoticed that the first game had no offence while in the second fu*k and sh*t words were flying in the sky. Also, i haave to decline the idea that the truth is from a 3rd persons view. at that point, i want to do a rewind= EVERY SINGLE MEMORY WE PLAYED in BOTH games were absolutely shown in third person- we NEVER saw ourself playing a memory from first person- so how come people think there SHOULD be a 3rd person in the truth memory?
