The character from the screenshot you think is the Officer can't possibly be the actual Officer. He doesn't have a cape like he does in the Limited Codex edition image, and he has an armour, which he doesn't in the LC edition image. This means it's a completely new character, besides the Harlequin Girl we also see in the screenshot. And if you look real close you can see a new thief-looking character between the barber and the 'armoured-not-officer-character'. Three new characters from one screenshot! Very little is known about the officer, all we've been given is a tiny little picture of him in the Limited Codex Edition preview. But i think I've found a bigger picture of him: http://assassinscreed.uk.ubi.com/brotherhood/#/screenshots/Screenshot/13543

The character from the screenshot you think is the Officer can't possibly be the actual Officer. He doesn't have a cape like he does in the Limited Codex edition image, and he has an armour, which he doesn't in the LC edition image.
