Great Inagua
I went to finally finish upgrading the hideout and I noticed there were five assassins on the island, one at the bar, one at the house for the dancers, one on the beach, one near the manor, and one in the manor. The one in the manor you can chase, when you catch up with her it automatically takes you back to the house with the Assassin in the bed.
