Judging from the context from both times the phrase is used in the first game, I'd say it really does mean that everything's fine, like Lucy told Desmond when he asked her. Now, to us it might seem that that doesn't make much sense, as they're using it post-incident as well, but they've probably been using the phrase for lord knows how long now, hence why it's still in use. Trivia

The real world Denver International Airport is the subject to a number of conspiracy theories due to the number of Freemason and New World Order symbols in the architecture. Some even mention an underground Freemason city beneath DIA. Should this be included in the trivia? User: Darth Paxis I
