Well after some discussion I've learned it took place between the two downloadable contents. So between the battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities. So 15 years after, maybe means, 15 years after when the game began. Meaning between 1487 and 1498. So 15 years after the game began (That would be 1476 I think) could be accurate. I'm positive 'Discovery' takes place after the second game.
