The Wolf Den in Achaia

The Wolf Den was a cave in the Kyllene Foothills in Achaia, Greece. Found just west of the Pallas Military Camp, it was occupied by a pack of wolves.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place and killed the wolves.[1]
