Nurse Whitney was a nurse working in the Lambeth Asylum during the 19th century. At some point, nurse Whitney had a young boy called Jack in her care. According to Jack, she made him "beg for mercy", being abusive and negligent in her 'care'. Due to this, he returned years later, in 1888, to kill her.[1]
