Wei Yu was a male Chinese assassin living in during the Qin Dynasty. He was responsible for the death of Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi, who was supposedly a Templar. He killed him with a spear, which matches the symbol on his Assassin's Seal in Assassin's Creed II. It was also said that he was resposible for the death of Emperor Shi Huangdi's son, Ying Huhai.

Wei Yu has a statue in the basement of the Villa Auditore which has a place for his Assassin's Seal.
