The canopic jar head seemingly depicting Tuya

Tuya (died c. 1257 BCE) was the wife of pharaoh Seti I and the mother of Ramesses II.

During her lifetime, a canopic jar stopper in the form of her head was made. By the 1st century BCE, it laid amongst the treasures in Luxor in Thebes. Around 38 BCE, the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa recovered the stopper as part of a ritual to put the spirit of Ramesses II to rest.[1]
