Tjinder Dani (died 1860) was an Indian member of the Templar Order who was making plans to establish an outpost in Amritsar in 1860.
Biography
The Indian Brotherhood of Assassins eventually heard of his plans and collected information about Dani. Aware of their presence, Dani suspected an attack from the enemy and thus hired bodyguards for his safety. In addition to this, he also barred all doors and laid traps for nocturnal attacks.[1]
