The Arsenal Shipyard is a shipyard in the northeast of Venice. It is owned by the Templars, and the 1320 renovation was payed with Templar funds. It has since then become a major base of operations, and it is also the place where the boat that held the Apple of Eden docked.
Templar Lair
The entrance to a Templar Lair is a door on a small stone structure, which is marked with a Templar sign, and most of the inside of the Lair is what appears to be a ship building area.
Although the Secret Location offers no new plot or characters, it does reward the player with a large amount of florins.
