The Thespian, Part 2 was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.
Description
After their attempt to assassinate Lysistrata failed, Ezio Auditore's Apprentice informed him that she was to feature in a public performance near the waterfront. Determined to find and eliminate her together, in order to ensure that she would not escape a second time, the Assassins left to interrupt her dramatic performance.
Dialogue
Ezio met his Apprentice.
- Apprentice: Promising news, Mentor. The actress Lysistrata is making a public performance under a stage name.
- Ezio: Hmm. She knows it is wiser to stay hidden, but her vanity is getting the better of her.
- Apprentice: Follow me. We will get her this time.
- Ezio: No mistakes. Take your time, and plan your attack.
- Apprentice: Evet (Yes), Mentor. I will wait an entire year if I have to.
- Ezio: I hope it does not come to that. I am a busy man.
The Assassins spotted Lysistrata.
- Apprentice: She is bold. You must admit that.
- Ezio: Boldness is often a sign of weakness. A true master never takes unnecessary risks.
- Apprentice: Will you wait here, or should we do this together?
- Ezio: As I said, no unnecessary risks. We go together. And if you do not get her, I will.
The two Assassins approached the waterfront theatre.

- Lysistrata: All the long years when the hopeless war dragged along we, unassuming, forgotten in quiet, endured without question, endured in our loneliness all your incessant childish antics.
Lysistrata was assassinated.
- Lysistrata: You do your duty well, Assassin... but you do it with such coldness that I almost pity you. The lives you fight to protect are dull, weak, and lacking luster. What a bland world it will be if you Assassins get your way.
- Ezio: Requiescat in pace.
The guards who were protecting Lysistrata attacked Ezio and his Apprentice after she was killed.
- Ezio: We have attracted some attention. Run!
Outcome
The murderous Thespian, Lysistrata, was killed by the Assassins.
