Teodor Viscardi (also known as the Officer) was a member of the Templar Order during the Renaissance, loyal to Cesare Borgia.[1]

In 1503, he accompanied Cesare in a horse race, in which he attempted to prevent Donato Mancini from winning the race. However, he failed and Cesare lost.[2]
